A standard A4 single portrait typically takes 3-4 days. A3 size or family/couple portraits take 4-6 days. Charcoal and colored portraits take 5-7 days due to additional detailing. Rush orders (1-2 days) are available for an extra charge — please discuss on WhatsApp.
Yes! We deliver to every corner of India — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and all tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Delivery is free on all orders. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after artwork completion.
Send a clear, well-lit photo where the face is clearly visible. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. Front-facing photos work best. For group portraits, ensure all faces are clearly visible. Don't worry — we'll guide you on WhatsApp before starting.
Absolutely. Every single portrait is drawn entirely by hand using professional pencils, charcoal or color pencils on premium quality art paper. We do not use any digital filters, tracings, or printing. You can see work-in-progress photos during the process on WhatsApp!
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash for local Delhi customers. A 50% advance is required to start work. The remaining 50% is paid before dispatch. We send you a progress photo before final payment.
Yes! You can choose from Basic (black/brown) or Premium (gold/antique) frames. For the background, you can request blank white, soft gradient, or a simple pattern. Special requests are always welcome — just mention them when placing your order on WhatsApp.
