Best Pack for Getting a Chroma
If your sole goal is to pull any Chroma blook, the absolute best pack to open is the Ice Monster Pack. It contains three different Chromas (Ice Slime, Frozen Fossil, and Ice Crab), giving you a combined Chroma drop rate of 0.15%. This is significantly higher than any other pack.
The Space Pack is also a great choice. Although each Colored Astronaut only has a 0.05% drop rate, it rotates daily, making it fun to collect, and the pack itself has a solid overall ROI to keep your token balance somewhat stable.
Best Pack for Getting a Legendary
If you're hunting for your first Legendary, the Medieval Pack is the clear winner. The King blook has a 1.0% drop rate, which is double or triple the rate of most other legendaries in the game. You'll only need to spend about 2,000 tokens on average to pull it.
Alternatively, the Aquatic Pack is fantastic because it features two legendaries (Baby Shark and Megalodon). While the Megalodon is very rare (0.2%), having two legendaries in one pack gives you a combined 0.7% chance at hitting a legendary pull.
Worst Packs to Open (And Why)
The Breakfast Pack is universally considered the worst pack to spend your tokens on. It does not contain a Legendary OR a Chroma blook. The highest rarity you can pull is the Epic Pizza (2.0%). While it's cheap, it offers no long-term collection value once you have the Epic blooks.
The Safari Pack is also statistically weak. While it contains the Lion (Legendary) and Rainbow Panda (Chroma), the Rainbow Panda is notoriously difficult to pull with a 0.02% drop rate (expected cost: 100,000 tokens). Unless you specifically want the Rainbow Panda, there are more efficient packs to grind.
Best Seasonal Packs
Always save a reserve of 2,000–3,000 tokens for seasonal events. While standard packs are great, limited-time event packs (like the Halloween-themed Spooky Pack or the Blizzard Pack) often contain exclusive blooks that show off your veteran status.
Furthermore, event days (like Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day) feature guaranteed 100% drop-rate Chromas in the market for 2,000 tokens. Saving up for these is the mathematically best strategy for acquiring Chromas without relying on RNG.
